Construction: 2000 Denier PVC, aluminum floor, plywood transom.
Specification: Tubes are made of 2000 Denier 1.2mm PVC vs. the standard 1100 Denier 0.9mm PVC found on many boats. Also added: double layer of fabric at the bottom of the tubes that provide 2.4 mm of protection from sharp rocks and abrasive sand. All seams are heat welded for perfect seaming and guaranteed to last in salt water and extreme humidity. Most seams are quadruple overlap for maximum strength and durability.
